Twitter block - a question

I have been blocked by a rape apologist from Lincolnshire on Twitter for politely asking them for evidence that JKR is a transphobe.
My question is I keep getting likes for the question I posed - but how can people see it if I'm blocked on that account? Does my comment still appear?

It will still show up in the feed of people who follow you, and when other people (who haven't blocked you) like or retweet it, it may be shown to their followers too that they did ("@Otherperson liked...") - it just won't be shown to the person who blocked you, unless they choose to see it (they can still choose to view specific tweets of yours though, unless you block them back!), or to anyone else via them; and you won't be able to see any of their tweets any more. I think that's all correct... It's usually a good idea to block people back if they block you, too, otherwise they can still see/snark at/screenshot/report your tweets if they want, but you can't see theirs or know what they're doing with yours.

Thank you @ahagwearsapointybonnet
Useful tip about blocking the blocker too

Good point above - ALWAYS block back.

I have been blocked on twitter by a couple of people I used to regard friends - but all I gave to do is put in a search under their user names and it comes up with all their tweets. I don't even have to log out....
