This is from the JR raised by ForwomenScot.

The outcome is still to be determined

That's one well trained dog!! Emails must take months of additional training.

It managed to sniff out and devour the entire email train in BOTH languages too - phenomenal critter. Rumour has it that it's also eaten all of the recent evidence of 'broad-based consultation with our LGBTQ+ community' (except for some bits about Stonewall).

If it's already in Scotland that poor QC who is trying so hard to satisfy the judges curiosity about due process will have a hard time indeed.

@allmywhat

Can someone tell me if the EHRC are still captured? I had the impression they are much less worrying since the new boss took over. But I keep seeing disturbing references to them… is this stuff all a hangover from the previous EHRC administration? Or are they still trying to erase women in law?
I hope it's a hangover. One of the things the new head announced was a full review in guidance to how the existing Equalities Act should be implemented but not due till 2022.

Thanks to those who have taken the time to explain things on this thread, much appreciated. It is a really important case, and well done to FWS, thank you for all your work.

Hateful haberdashery-

Believe UK government is busy running the country ( which is just as well as there’s no grown ups in the SNP doing anything about deficit, education, health etc ) and any interference
on their part into Scottish affairs is met with more cries for independence from Indy seekers. Have to say I’ve wondered why we Scottish ladies haven’t been out in the streets .

We have been out in the streets. We have been out in large numbers at Glasgow Green and Scottish Parliament. Stonewall Out gatherings would have been much bigger if it had been a weekend. We have been out on the streets nearly every week, from Aberdeen to Haddington, speaking to people as handing out leaflets to spread the information and opening many eyes to what is going on.
