I had an email from them. I think they’ve got a bit of a nerve lecturing other people about pronouns then having their shoes split firmly into men and women’s. I’m sure there will be both trans men whose feet are too small to fit into men’s shoes and trans women whose feet are too large to fit into women’s shoes, but they don’t seem too concerned with making sure that those people aren’t triggered by buying shoes for a sex they don’t identify with.
It’s almost like they realise who actually buys their shoes, but that they still want to pay lip service to how inclusive they are, without having to actually, you know, do anything practical to support them.
