Can we find 100 volunteers to write to the Charity Commissioners re: Stonewall?

This piece in today's Telegraph:

archive.vn/Rb8AT

spells out Stonewall's systematic attempt to replace sex with gender and abolish sex-based thinking and sex-based rights. Stonewall was set up as a charity to support LGB rights. It added the T without any consultation or consent with the LGB community in 2015. It continues to present itself as a charity supporting people who are same-sex attracted — yet it is seeking to abolish the concept of sex. How can it represent same-sex people if it's actively working against the concept that makes them what they are?

I'm going to write to the Charity Commission today, with a copy of the Telegraph article. My partner will be writing too, and perhaps a dozen other people I know to be resisters. It won't need to be a long email or letter because the point is so clear. I'm going to ask every lesbian and GC woman I know to do so over the weekend, but I know that half who say yes won't get around to it. So, vipers, is anyone here up for it?

I’ll write. I’d suggest though that people make clear why they are going direct to the Charity Commission instead of first complaining to Stonewall. The CC expects you to go through the process of making an initial complaint to the charity involved. I complained to them a while ago about Mermaids and explained that due to the sensitivity of the issue, precious contact with them and my worries over my daughter’s privacy, I was not comfortable raising it with Mermaids.

*previous contact not precious contact!!

I'm drafting it this week.

Thank you — excellent advice. If anyone has any suggestions for phrases that could be dropped, or other points that could be made, it would be great.

99 to go.

I'm not sure what reason you're using for not writing to Stonewall first, but the possible threat from TRA's if your details become known and that you are unsure who is trustworthy on that score in the organisation - any good?

Yes: in my case I am able to say that I have tried to talk about this issue with Stonewall for years and am now persona non grata to them.

Absolutely I'm in.

Does anyone have an email address for the charity commission as I can only find an online enquiry form?

Count me in.

I Will also be writing to my two employing organisations who are both diversity champions. Sadly, those two letters will need to remain anonymous. For now.

Looking forward to the day when I can write in my own name without worrying about my job.

Are we asking the CC to reconsider Stonewall's charitable status? The argument that they can't support same-sex attraction if they deny the existence of sex is pretty strong!

But would it be easy for Stonewall to just drop the LGB and officially rebrand as trans? or to simply claim that gender means sex for this purpose, or some similar waffle.

I've never been impressed by the CC in the past -- never found it willing to challenge charities that are really clearly a scam, eg dodgy money-raking religious groups.
