Others can and do argue about rights. And sure, rights are important. But I have another beef with trans ideology.
I tried to bring up my children to ignore the sexist stereotypes inherent in gender rôles, because of the harm done by such sexism. Now I find these same sexist stereotypes making a comeback, not least in the reactionary ideology of 'trans' and concomitant institutional capture by trans activists.
I fear, thus, for my grandchildren and their peers.
So, trans people and supporters, by all means claim your rights. (Specifically, trans women have all the rights other men have, and trans men likewise the rights other women have; generally, people have rights as humans.) But independently of arguments about rights do not expect me to accept the regressive sexist nonsense you peddle as gender , whether linked with identity or not.
