Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report talks to (author of ‘Irreversible Damage: The Transgender Craze Seducing Our Daughters’)
"About the sudden explosion of gender dysphoria in teenage girls, the failure of Target to censor her book, how schools are sneaking gender identity the failure of Target to censor her book, how schools are sneaking gender identity education into anti bullying programs, and why therapists and parents who question transgender science or gender affirming surgery are putting themselves at risk. Abigail first discusses how easy it is to get books banned in 2020. All it took was a couple of comments on Twitter for Target to evoke modern day censorship and pull the book from its shelves. Abigail says how the book got back on shelves and why so many people are hungry for honest discussions about trans issues. "

I have seen a lot of her interviews and podcasts now and she really comes across very well - she is so well informed on the situation. I would not want to be a mother of daughters growing up at the moment.

I'm listening to this as an audio book. It's very powerfully argued. I can't believe the average person could read or listen to this book without being convinced.

Particularly striking so far is how genderism has taken a hold of schools in America - teaching little kids about the genderbread person and encouraging them to think about being another gender; explaining gender in terms of traditional stereotypes that progressives should really be opposing; not informing parents when their children socially transition or leave the school during the day for hormone treatment; teaching the 'different genders' like a catechism; and worst of all, claiming that women in history who took on traditionally masculine roles weren't really women, but somewhere else on the 'gender spectrum'.

This really ticks me off because it completely ignores the host of other more likely reasons why a woman might say disguise herself as a man to take on a role denied to herself just because she was a biological woman.

The whole concept that a woman who doesn't behave in a certain way isn't a real woman is very conservative, and it's shocking that it's wormed its way into what's supposed to be progressive thought.
