If Trump doesn't win, I suspect it will be more to do with his covid failings than his attitude towards women. But I think he will win. I think there is a "shy" republican effect - people don't want to admit they're voting for him and probably really wouldn't vote for him if there was another viable candidate. But they see him as the more likely to restore law and order to cities, to turn back the identitarian authoritarianism of the far left, and to be more likely to focus on jobs and economic growth (which is where he has done good). I doubt very much that his attitudes towards women will come into it in a meaningful way, although there's maybe a perception that women won't trust Biden not to destroy women's sports and spaces, so that might factor in. I would think most feminists would find themselves very conflicted. I'm glad I don't have to choose, tbh. I would be writing in Kanye.

Between (very broadly) one side that knows what a woman is but doesn't seem convinced she should have rights such as bodily autonomy, basic respect - and the other side which thinks women should have rights (except to decide who actually is a woman ) they're rather between the devil and the deep Blue sea I guess.
