This year’s civil service wide people survey has...separated sex and gender! Presumably enough complained in previous years.

I've yet to do one work-related survey this year mentioning sex. I am public sector but not civil service.

I did have to do one this week which had a free text box under the gender identity bit and I wrote 'my sex is female' which felt like a tiny fuck you
