They are drawing up a new one so not commenting on an old one. Any good resources? What should I suggest needs to be included?

Safe Schools Alliance red flags might help, shows what to avoid.

Also there are government studies on bullying, surveys etc which show girls and SEND being those who suffer most.

There are anti bullying orgs too that do actually focus on bullying rather than the most oppressed. Will dig around my files and DM what might be useful.

Thanks. I was hoping to be address it positively (ie. these things should be in it), rather than negatively (ie. these things are problematic).

Pivotal Education training suggests an anti-bullying policy;

Is aimed at both preventing and resolving problems with bullying
Clearly states the school's values and principles in relation to bullying
Provides examples of bullying behaviours
Sets out responsibilities and expectations of staff and pupils
Outlines the responsibilities of parents in supporting their children
Describes the measures that will be taken to prevent bullying, and which staff members will be involved
Clearly sets out procedures that will be used to respond to incidents of bullying, and how records are kept.

I would read your safeguarding policy and KCSIE ( just updated) for ideas.

"Pivotal Education"

No, just no.

Some nice ideas, but this should not be the basis for an anti bullying policy.
