Rights to single sex

Can I have some help please? I would like to understand what rights I actually have to single sex provision as an individual.
The Equality Act allows services and organisations to provide single sex where appropriate. It also provides that I must not be discriminated against because of my sex.
Schools are required to provide single sex toilets in school above the age of 8.
I can’t see that I can challenge any organisation that refuses to provide me with a single sex service? So if the NHS refuses single sex medical care on principle there is no challenge that can be made.
Is there something I am missing?

I came to ask this because of the Scottish Government claiming that my rights are protected under the Equality Act but I can’t see how that works for an individual.

Thank you for the link but that talks about you being discriminated against (or not) because a service wants to offer a single sex service. I am asking about an organisation that decides not to offer a single sex service when I believe I need/want one. Sex discrimination as I understand it says that you cannot be treated worse than someone of the opposite sex but I can’t see how it covers this.

Look up the Woman's Place UK web info. I think there's a link on there

Excellent evidence-based analysis:
