It's excellent! Factual, quoting the law, evidential, warning of legal consequences etc. Easy to adapt and amend, fitting many different scenarios.

Good template.

This is what we need on a number of issues.

This and a live fact check in the style of Full Fact for media interviews and stories where the usual zombie claims lumber out.

I've just decided to act - I've used it to complain to local council about decision to make park loos mixed sex. Sent.

Thank you, it's so good to have the facts so clearly stated.

Living not too far from the Surrey coronavirus episode, I found a fascinating study that was done in 2018 about the potential for a virus to spread, strangely Haslemere was chosen as the potential starting point. But the significant point in the tweet I've posted is how vital handwashing is, and while I'll mention the inevitable NAMALT, the cleanliness of men in lavatories is questionable, and has the potential to spread the virus imo.

Note I am not in any way suggesting that the author has a position on the provision of single or mixed sex loos, I am noting that increased handwashing was used to illustrate successful 'infection control'. Goes off muttering, what a pile of caveats in a short post, must stop worrying about offending men people

Thanks OP, I’m currently liaising with the head of marketing for the restaurant chain Megans (based in London) I was in one of their cafes recently & they had 2 mixed sex cubicles-which I pointed out was not what women want as they are dirtier, smellier etc. I was told one was disabled accessible so it couldn’t be changed. I have asked why not offer 1 cubicle mixed sex & disabled access & the other women only.....am yet to hear back but do they have a legal requirement to do this? Any advice much appreciated
