Sure the Trans pledges ARE inspired by the anti-Semitism pledges.
The big difference being that Labour has a massive problem with anti-Semitism in its ranks, such that it is being investigated by the EHRC over it - so the pledges are needed.
The suggestion that trans people have faced the same kind of discrimination within Labour as Jews have in recent years is more than tin-eared, it's an attempt to claim victim status that trans people have not (thankfully for them) earned.
And yes, it's another subtle way of minimising the very real anti-Semitism in the Labour Party - by comparing it to another group who have faced zero discrimination in Labour.
