Mixed toilets part deux

So I put a thread on here about the mixed toilets at work in the NHS a couple of years ago. I had to complain as they were not individual toilets but cubicles with gaps under the door and nothing was done. I've moved 300 miles to another hospital and ALL the toilets are mixed although they are closed toilets which is something and private. They have a very inclusive gender policy which you have to adhere to verbally or you get fired.
Trouble is I am working once more in an all male team as my work doesn't seem to attract many women.
I want a clean toilet to use. I'm sick to the back teeth of having to get gloves on and clean the toilet before I can use it and wipe pass off the floor. It's a big enough hole for fucks sake how can you miss it?
It always stinks of shot in there and I'm becoming phobic about going.
I'm a professional and the last thing I want is to start "wife whingeing" about the men at work. It's hard enough working with all male teams as it is. Should I go higher and anonymous to complain, they will all know it's me, or just suck it up. WWYD?

I wonder if you might be able to approach this from a health & safety angle? My OH works in health & safety and when they had a woman join on a site team that was using a single chemical toilet (building project in middle of nowhere) they did a piece of work around the unhygienic state of the toilet and how it was a H&S risk. I know chemical toilet in middle of nowhere not the same but you know if there’s one thing more likely to scare an institution than breaching equality & diversity, it’s breaching health & safety.

I mean any company contracted to clean the loo will for example have processes to comply with around COSHH - I mean think of the hazardous chemicals you could be being exposed too right OP? ;)

Presumably if your having to clean It up before you are able to use it that’s taking up time. I suppose you could start asking the cleaning teams to come in more frequently as well and that will incur additional costs.

So perhaps you could use the H&S and the cleaning costs/time management angles together and work towards getting one of the cubicles allocated for you personally.

If you manage to get one one the cubicles allocated to you would it be lockable? Otherwise you might as well not bother!
Also I'd start taking photos of the state of them, along with making times/ date notes about smells. That's really not acceptable. 🤮
