Ooh, let's brainstorm some lovely feminist things to talk about!

I'm sure there must be some advertising-friendly way of calling out patriarchy and its evil twin, consumerism. Right ?

How do short fat women such as myself buy wearable fitness clothing

Decathlon only go up to XXL in some designs, but they're a true to size XXL - I'm short, and was a size 22+ and found stuff to fit (not much admittedly, but I got running tights and t-shirts that were generous enough that they didn't go see-through when I put them on )

Once you're a 16 I've found everything gets easier. I might even be able to buy something in Zara.

Pockets though, is a very feminist issue. Also they mustn't be token pockets like I have in my jeans, which eject whatever I've put in them when I go to the loo. They must be deep ones, ones that you can almost reach into and scratch your knee, like DP has in his jeans.

Nobody will go for gender neutral children's toys and clothes in the mass market now they've discovered they can sell a whole new wardrobe, toy box, pushchair, car seat, high chair, set of bottles etc etc etc to a family that has a second child of the opposite sex to the first.

@MoleSmokes. Not sure what you define as winter stockings but these are what I wear when I’m feeling colder. 70 denier and plenty of good colour options. Alas, they don’t come with pockets though! Grin
