@TheCompleteNonSequitur, I agree. And if that's the case, keeping his name secret can hardly tarnish his reputation further. Nor will it come as any particular surprise to anyone. So why the secrecy, unless the courts are aware of the absolute transparency of the establishment protecting the establishment, and don't care. Our infrastructure is rotten from top to bottom.
But the tabloids will subtly tell the story. Watch out for a bunch of stories about the person in question, which say nothing about current circumstances or do anything to break the court injunction, but which sutbly point to the person in question by the mere fact that the stories are there.
