The men who attacked the lesbian/bisexual couple who refused to kiss for them are in court today. Stonewall asked for a comment and manage to make it about attacks on trans people. Would it kill them just for once to not mention trans

I assume it's an error. Perhaps someone working at Stonewall just reused the quote, or accidentally didn't cut it out of a response they were writing based on an old press release. Or a journalist at The Independent reused it.

Whichever, it's not a good look!

It seems good old homophobia doesn't matter to them.

I think whether a journalist just sloppily used an old press release or Stonewall just sent up the same statement show just how entrenched the erasing of lesbians has become.

The Independent at one time seemed to offer a more trans critical position that the Guardian, but then in no time at all they were colonised by Guardian left over journalists and its only goes down the rainbow road now.

And Stonewall at all times is pushing the agenda of trans martyrdom. They have just published a shock horror article about how the BBC WASTED 57 MINUTES OF PUBLIC BROADCAST TIME ON DETRANSITIONING IN ONE WEEK!!!!

I just cant understand how they are taken seriously.

As I recall, the lesbian victims were very quick to point out that even though they had been bloodied on a bus for being a same sex couple, it was so much worse for Trans.

They are the kind of lesbians that Stonewall approves of. Their suffering is a useful hinge for the trabs-narrative, it has mom worth in and of itself.

And, as an aside, I've become increasingly irked in recent days by the phrase 'She is LGBTQ'. Fucksake, you can't be all of them.
