I do wonder if the very unpleasantness of this person will actually help woman get justice in sport
Think of another person, so bizarre they could be considered a performance artist demonstrating the need to protect women's sex-based rights: Jessica Yaniv. JY lost their case against the female cosmeticians, but not because the judge decided that women cannot be obliged to handle male genitals. JY lost the case purely because these women didn't have the correct training to wax male genitals. Had JY demanded the right to enter the women's homes for a leg-wax, then according to this judgement the women would not have had the right to refuse JY, no matter how much JY confused or frightened them, or how threatened they felt by JY, nor that their beliefs were different to JY's beliefs.
In a case about the conflict between trans' wishes and women's rights, a judge decided that women's boundaries are irrelevant.
I'm not convinced that RMcK's conflict between trans' wishes and women's rights will fare any differently.
