Yup, political infiltration, regulatory capture and redefinition or disruption of language have been the strategy and they've worked horrifyingly well.

To see the lack of scientific rigour and confirmation bias laid out so clearly is quite shocking, downplaying the long term interests of children seemingly to keep adult lobby groups and naive parents happy.

This is a significant scandal and has a long time to run as these children grow up and face the physiological and psychological implications of these treatments.

I really wish that I could go into more detail. But I can't because it's confidential. It was so obvious that the yp I worked with had serious mental health problems and instead of receiving help they were enabled to carry on harming themselves more.

Most of the teams around these yp did not believe enabling their wishes was the best thing for them, but it was left to the gender identity clinic to deal with. Their way of dealing with it was to repeatedly postpone treatment and appointments and all that seemed to do was further cement the yps belief that everyone was discriminating against them and once they had the OP everything would magically be ok.

None of the yp knew each other but I was struck by how similar they all were.

Perhaps some whistle-blowing would be in order fizzy?
