Thanks. Downloaded but best on lap top rather than phone with my eyes, so skimmed only so far. Looking like we in England will have to be producing something similar soon.

There is an article in the Scotsman as well that sums up the main points

We see you Stonewall.......

"Single sex exceptions in the EA allow for trans people to be treated differently to the sex they identify as (including trans people who have legally changed their sex) when this is necessary to meet the needs and rights of other groups. And the EA provides examples of third options for meeting the needs of trans people in such cases where their preclusion can be objectively justified.
Although some people dispute that the law allows this, groups such as Stonewall and the Scottish Trans Alliance have specifically campaigned for this part of the EA to be repealed: they recognise it
exists. "

Excellent point.

It is. Clear, comprehensive and compelling. Also recounts some damning conversations with Engender, NHS in Scotland etc. They do not care about women.

Excellent thorough work. The only thing I would take issue is that they have chosen to frame it in terms of working class women being excluded from all consultation and representation. I do think disadvantage can spread wider than that for example refugees, certain women in certain ethnic groups , disabled, elderly and would have liked to see that acknowledged.
