So I was reading my email from the Lancet as I waited for my DS to go to sleep. I have now jumped the shark (ie post peak) on Trans in sport.
There is an article in the Lancet proposing that there is scientific evidence that people with XY chromosomes participating in Women's sport is not disadvantaging women (ie Adult woman females).
Now maybe someone will come along and tell me that I can't read but essentially that is the summary of the article by the writers, one of whom is an athlete who is campaigning for trans athletes - although as usual it is for someone who is XY to compete against females (XX) not someone who is XX to compete against males (XY). Funny how that one never comes up in evidence isn't it? (NOT).
