Yay for Daley (and Martina and Sharron of course). He talks sense. I loved watching him do the Decathlon yonks ago.

I spent much of my youth watching German decathletes lose against Daley Thompson. He is awesome, great to have him on board.

They were silly going after sports in the first place and to draw the attention of sporting legends.

Female athletes know that they wouldn't have had a career competing against transwomen and male athletes know that a transwoman who wasn't good enough to compete against them could potentially come out with more medals and trophies by competing against women.

They work so hard and it's their life for the time they're competing that it's a massive insult for that to be happening.

Daley quoted Spock and for me this sums up the current situation and many of the TRA's involved in this social crusade.
I have a youngish niece (in her twenties), and she suffers from autism and I suspect narcissism.
Whilst I feel sorry for her and her parents, she is an absolute nightmare at any social gathering. If people as they do, start to talk amongst themsleves, she will either have a complete meltdown with full histrionics or interrupt conversations and start talking about themselves, often very personal, inappropriate things.
McKinnon, Madigan, Challenor et al all have these traits, yet have somehow managed to get powerful groups on their side.
Would a school put the needs of one autistic pupil above all others? Would they bow down to the ridiculous requests of the autistic pupil, to the detriment of the others' education?
The situation with the TRA's is similar. They are making ridiculous demands of the majority, which fly in the face of science and logic, yet they are being accomodated - up until now.
I hope that the fact high profile people are getting involved to question the "emporer's new clothes" will result in a change for the better.

I’ve worked in a few places. There has always been the ‘queen bee’ - the loud and outrageous woman who always has to be the centre of atttention and seemingly adored by all (apart from me because I can’t stand show offs).

It’s funny that although they tend to believe that all the men fancy then and all the women love them - as soon as they leave everyone breathes a collective sigh of relief and say out loud how they couldn’t stand them. Too scared to speak out agains the Queen Bee?

As he’s a man, he won’t get all the abuse that the TRAs pile on women who dare to complain. I hope more male sports legends join in. This crap had to stop before the next Olympics, or women can forget any chance of medals.

For those too young (or old) to understand, was something daft like 'n' operated the left leg and 'm' operated the right. So you made your runner run very fast by alternately bashing the buttons (or wiggling the joystick side to side). Spacebar made him jump / throw as required.

Good the more real sportsmen and women who speak out the better sport is only sporting if it's a level playing field

As an aside I cant understand why they are not campaigning for their own games? Why is beating women a goal? When I was raised I was taught striving to be equal to a man is setting the bar to low I should strive to be the best of myself they are just obsessed with women and beating them
