Teachers are being encouraged to support and assist children to wear breast binders? What the hell is going on in this country?

It's mad, isn't it?

Female pupils who feel uncomfortable in changing rooms with a trans child should use staff facilities instead, official guidelines have recommended.

Taken to its most extreme, the situation might occur that all the girls are in the staff facilities while the trans pupil changes alone in the girls. The simple impracticalities of this approach make it ridiculous. Young people should not be pressurised like this to ignore their boundaries.

Were I the mother of a girl in school, I’d be talking to other mothers and making sure that’s exactly what happens.

I think it needs to be clearly stated in plain language: schools policy is that girls must be taught to undress in front of boys.

Let's make sure that everyone is clear - the new sex education guidelines will need to be amended to something like this? :
"Do remember, you no longer have the right to boundaries. If a boy wishes to see you undressing, no more saying no if he declares he is trans. This gives him the the right to invade your privacy. This applies to both sexes.
