I think framing arguments on ‘do you want laws based on facts or opinion’ is really important to this debate.
It takes the heat out of specific trans issues.
The word trans has become so wide that is isn’t clear what it means and what a woman is has become undefinable too.

That article was interesting, this is a great sentence;

Sex is the scaffolding upon which gender roles are constructed.

I agree that law ought to be based on fact, opinion is as varied as there are people and therefore completely unworkable as a basis for law.

I think that transideology seeks to remove the definition of women but it will not succeed. As Meghan says, people know the difference.
