www.sbs.com.au/news/australian-scientists-find-possible-genetic-link-to-gender-dysphoria

A very interesting read but what is even more interesting is the quoted rate of incidence at 0.1%. This lines up with the 4000 or so people in the UK who have been issues with a GRC.

We have well covered the problems of transgender rights so here's a different question.....

In the future could Gender Dysphoria be diagnosed by a blood test and could this help in the exclusion of the modern transgender agenda by ensuring the issue remained medicalised?

0.1% of the population of the UK, at 66,000,000, would be 66,000 trans people.

As a contrast, here are figures given for diagnoses of gender dysphoria:

Among individuals who are assigned male gender at birth, approximately 0.005 percent to 0.014 percent are diagnosed with gender dysphoria. Among individuals who are assigned female gender at birth, approximately 0.002 percent to 0.003 percent are diagnosed with gender dysphoria.
