Most disturbing is that the police are acting as if they are the ones who decide what the law is. They aren't.

It means that same-sex spaces are transphobic.

According to the CPS prosecution guidance hatred is manifested in ‘hostility’, which includes ‘ill-will, ill-feeling, spite, prejudice, unfriendliness, antagonism, resentment, and dislike’.

So on what basis have the police included 'fear' in their definition of 'transphobia'?

It looks as though Stonewall, through their manipulation of policing policy, want to make it hate-speech for a woman to say that sharing a changing room with men makes her afraid.

It's frightening. Still I will never be compelled to state something I don't believe.
