Oh, I was only messing around but I did like the David Davies suggestion.

Imagine someone doing the job non-ideologically but in good faith. From the little I've heard about the meeting he hosted in Parliament with various women's groups there seemed to be mutual respect there.

I've no doubt they'll find the right man for the job...
