Ah so the brave and stunning Hayden has reported Lineham to the police for the hate crime of revealing the other names they go under.

Names which the Mail then reveals as part of the reporting of the story. Does that mean the Mail should also be investigated for hate crimes? That would be interesting.

Some people seem to be very litigious

Bowlofbabelfish · 30/09/2018 03:10

Best comment:

“Surely that would be an ecumenical matter?”

Look at how that article is written - it’s absolutely scathing about Hayden.

HelenaDove · 30/09/2018 03:15

Would someone with a subscription mind copying and pasting it if thats ok.?

InWomensProtection · 30/09/2018 03:24

I been following this on twitter.

InWomensProtection · 30/09/2018 03:28

Lawyer is clutching at anything seems to forget their tweets have a very interesting history, to bite them on arse.

Don’t go for someone’s wife!

I love Father Ted I don’t know anyone who has watched it and not laughed

Try that Helena. Not allowed to copy the article because of copyright

KatVonGulag · 30/09/2018 06:56

I'm really hoping there's a tort of defamation cooking class in the gulag today!

Come on sisters, off we skip!

RiddleyW · 30/09/2018 07:32

Defamation is a tort - it’s not a made up word. It’s a strange way to speak though.

QueenDoria · 30/09/2018 07:35

Graham is a comedy hero and now a calling-out-this-madness hero too!

And should try to kick Bishop Hayden up the arse!!!

enrichedatthegulags · 30/09/2018 08:19

Yes, no lawyer would say "the tort of defamation".

MnerXX · 30/09/2018 08:38

Is it ok for anyone just to pretend to be a lawyer?

Great article. What a ridiculous thing to try to prosecute!

ChiaraRimini · 30/09/2018 10:27

A trans activist pretending to be something they are not, for personal advantage?
Surely that would never happen.

GulagsMyArse · 30/09/2018 10:32

Oh I got deleted. What did I do? Usually try to be really careful when posting??
No email? Ah well 😐 sorry mumsnet.

MnerXX · 30/09/2018 11:06

Never Chiara! You know maybe we are missing a trick here. We should be using self ID more to our advantage.

speakingwoman · 30/09/2018 11:31

“More torts Father?”

speakingwoman · 30/09/2018 11:37

Stephanie has explained on Twitter that she been trained in “police law, property and employment”.
This suggests that she got a training contract and received basic training in three areas for two years. On or after qualifying she stopped practising. However, she may still carry out work using the skill set, such as representing someone at an employment tribunal.
Nothing wrong with that.
Her online manner is hopelessly self-aggrandising, however.

KatVonGulag · 30/09/2018 11:46

I'm very sad tort isn't edible in this case

HandlebarTash81 · 30/09/2018 11:51

Maybe he’s self-defining as a lawyer? Which sounds funny but it actually makes a lot more sense that self ID!

HandlebarTash81 · 30/09/2018 12:02

Isn’t it Hayden who thinks that Muslims offering foster care is ‘disgusting’?

DisrespectfulAdultFemale · 30/09/2018 12:07

I love that cartoon. Thank you, Gulagsmyarse.

And good for the Daily Mail for publishing this article. The comments are overwhelmingly in favour of Graham Lineham. The more TRAs protest the more they transpeak people. Keep up the good work, TRAs!

bd67th · 30/09/2018 12:11

When a transsexual solicitor challenged Ms Hayden, who graduated with a law degree from Birkbeck, University of London, to prove her professional credentials, she made allegations of hate crime to West Yorkshire Police.

If I was posting under my real name and someone asked for my professional credentials, I'd photograph my degree certificate and upload it (possibly with some fuzzing), not call the police.

I note once again that we are back in W Yorks here.

VickyEadie · 30/09/2018 12:13

Isn’t it Hayden who thinks that Muslims offering foster care is ‘disgusting’?

Really? Can you tell me more?
