I'm not sure if they do anything, but inherently it's impossible, the most they have is an email address & phone number to identify you by, I use a disposable sim card, myself.

TurfClub Okay thanks, that's what I thought but then MN seems to be able to identify previously banned users at times so wondered if TW was the same, easy enough if people use the same email/phone number etc but people would obviously use different ones anyway.

Well MN can sometimes identify banned users from things like IP addresses, email domains (corporate email), posting style, and other clues, but there's no magic bullet on that front.
