I thought it would be a good resource to pull together all the ways women are being silenced. (This might be a long thread, sadly).

What examples do you know about?

Scientist Lisa Littman of the Department of Behavioural and Social Sciences, Brown University, published her study this month.

Rapid-onset gender dysphoria in adolescents and young adults: A study of parental reports

Her own university have retracted their press release promoting this study because of pressure from Trans Activists.

Making coherent discussions impossible by murdering language, making out words like ''women', 'vagina', 'mother', etc means something completely opposite to what it means, so that no one can actually follow the thread of what you are saying.

Attempts at clarification such as 'bio women', 'natal women', 'born women' etc are piled on and called 'transphobic', 'hate', exclusionary', in such a startling way, the conversation can't continue until these charges are robustly defended against, which leads to further accusations of 'hate', 'transphobia', 'exclusion'.

After a few cycles of that it becomes 'middle aged', 'white', 'middle class', 'privileged', ad hominem attacks to silence.

Being prevented from meeting without born males present - always the male watchful eye.

Anything called 'women only' or 'for women' or 'women's' is specifically targeted, threatened, guilt-tripped and gets falsely advised that excluding males contravenes Equality Act, until the service or group submits and includes born males.

The slur 'TERF'.

Once branded with it, listening to your words become frightening to followers of genderism so they shut you out.

Oh, and the hashtag #NotADebate, of course.

Using social media complaints procedures to get women suspended and banned from various platforms, get YouTube videos taken down, posts deleted.

Adrian Harrop has even told a woman she should delete her entire twitter history.

Bomb threats at venues where women wanted to meet to discuss women’s rights.

Women with a history of talking about women’s rights attacked on a picket line.

60 year old woman beaten to the floor by a young person because she spoke about women’s rights.

Merseyside Police investigating “women don’t have penises” stickers whilst failing to check on sex offenders.

Dr Adrian Harrop harassing and threatening women.

Orwellian gaslighting by repeating a contradictory statement such as 'trans women are women'..

The ensuing disbelief and confusion from such brazen lies being told in plain site and repeated by people who should have a thinking brain, such as Caroline Lucas, is paralysing.

It is hard to get a mental purchase on the situation and sense of proportion, so many women are afraid to say anything.

Treading on eggshells.

Suicide threats, and accusations of being insensitive and cruel for speaking about reality, to prevent discussions of reality. eg- "transpeople will feel suicidal if they see a sticker saying women don't have penises".
