"For me to be excited about Hooters, there would need to be changes. 1)I'm not a huge fan of the barbie look - bottle blonde, big boobs, scorching tans. 2) I wouldn't be there to LOOK at you, but to TALK with you. A place to eat and chat with good conversationalists? Sign me up.

So it would be a place to have conversations and debates with smart/pretty women while eating food. There could be "debate nights" where wings are free or something. There could be activities rooms where people play pool or video games. I think I'm thinking of a geisha place.

It would also be important to have some specialized setup for the guys who just want to therapeutically vent their woes to women. Like specialized "problem listener" hostesses. This way these guys don't just dump their problems onto each and every woman they encounter.

This chap is just a Prince amongst men, isn't he?

It really does seem like satire.

For me to be excited about customers, there would need to be changes. 1) I'm not a huge fan of the incel look - sullen, badly dressed, self-involved. 2) I wouldn't be there to TALK at you, but to SERVE you food. Customers who are just there to eat their fucking food? Sign me up.*

Grin

I hope it's a satirical thread too

Because women being paid to serve food whilst topless should also be your therapist and intellectual stimuli with your free chicken wings.

Christ on a bike.

It does sound exactly like a geisha teahouse. How strange - women are still viewed as entertainment for men. Are men not entertaining enough?

How odd... Hovis is apparently, by his own admission, so totally devoid of personality that he would consider paying women (women, note, not men) to have an intellectual conversation with him. Are we to presume that his real name is in fact billy-no-mates? Given that most of us have... well... friends to have conversations with. And Hovis is so utterly lacking in self-awareness that he sees fit to advertise this complete lack of personality to the whole of the internet. And bizarrely thinks it earns him "woke points" to suggest that this labour of making conversation with personality-black-holes (and in some cases emotional-black-holes) should fall to women.

Lefty dude-bros really don't think we're people, do they? We're either sex bots, or (if they are feeling especially magnanimous, as Hovis seems to think he is) akin to the AI "girlfriend" in Bladerunner 2.
