Just completed our staff survey.

Do trans people want to be the opposite sex or the opposite gender?

The 'trans umbrella' is so large that as far as I can work out the answer could be yes or no to either, or sometimes, or something else entirely.

I thought they were not allowed to ask about the gender reassignment as it is a protected characteristic.
