I consider subjecting this woman to a detriment due to her actions can be construed as victimisation as defined by the Equality Act section 27 (2)(c).

Can any person seeking to discuss or use the exemptions to the Equality Act ( in relation to same sex provision) who suffers a detriment assert the protection available in section 27?
Can we use this to counter accusations of bigotry (detriments)?
