Sorry if I am being dense or if this has already been discussed - I'm fairly new to this.
Does any one know the legal definition of a woman under uk law? - I can only seem to find for USA.
Would be very interested to find out what it is and also, if they have to change it for self-id, what will they change it to?
Is there any mileage in this?

So one thing we can do is fight the use of the word gender then. Because it's meaningless.

Somewhere tucked away at home, it will be on the birth certificate - male or female.

Feeling like a woman is certainly something to get metaphysical about - and potentially described as a feeling not a fact. So open to interpretation and physical variations, presentations etc

It certainly doesn't make you female though - feeling 'womanly'.

Can be a woman by others observations -is. someone fits a stereotype of woman and happens to be of the male sex.

Again - not female biological sex.

Yes I believe that is a fair interpretation of the word gender.

Well I've just written to one of my local mosques. I'm not sure that they will agree with all of this 'new biology' nonsense.
