Interested to hear other people's thoughts on this story. It seems that a lot of weight appears to be given to the fact that the policeman pushed this person in the chest area, not realising that they had had surgery. However, the judge's statement fully supports the police officer's actions which I think is positive.
Would a police officer be allowed to push a woman "defensively" and would that contribute to the sentence?
The reporting also seems to be leaning towards making it v clear that this is not someone who has had full surgery, it seems to be "just" a breast augmentation.
The usual applies of course to the fact that this has been reported and probably goes down in the stats that a "woman" committed this violent crime.
