I am suddenly concerned that some people here on mumsnet are not aware of the dangers of talc fibers in baby powder. Because the cosmetic industry is regulated to ensure the products are safe.

I know the thread moved on - but I think the young woman in the OP video is an utter dolt. It seems she has been pomo-thudded into unquestioning obedient stupidity - she uses the 'right' words and toes 'right' line on them without showing any understanding.

This load of regurgitated convoluted nonsense appears to be her effort to be amusing whilst signalling she is 'right on' at the same time. Life watching it I won't get back.
