I'm English, so obviously can't vote but does anyone know of any other way of supporting our Irish sisters, e.g. a campaigning charity I could donate to?

Keep posting online the facts about why women need abortion, including molar pregnancy, which is something a lot of people havent heard of.
Abortions for molar pregnancies are banned where abortion is banned, because abortion bans are not made by medics.

@DJBaggySmalls, are you saying that in Ireland a molar pregnancy can't be removed because it would be classed as an abortion? Or that the woman has to wait until it is life-threatening before it can be removed?

Idk the situation in Ireland, I assume in N. Ireland it would be classed as a medically necessary procedure to remove a tumour.

According to these guidelines 'evacuation' is the first port of call when a molar pregnancy is suspected.
