I'm a lurker but you awesome people introduced me to Magdalen Berns. She's just posted a video stating that she has a brain tumour. I am absolutely gutted.

Oh no! I think she's fab - really straight forward. I think in RL we wouldn't get on (I'm too straight, m-class, and cautious) but I really value her straight forward logic & clarity.

I am so gutted to read this. Magdalen is an absolute hero - someone who has been willing to put her name and face out front to champion the common sense and critical thinking that gets branded hate speech and 'literal violence' these days.

It must be such a frightening and uncertain time - I hope with all my heart that it's all behind her soon and she's back to full health, in front of the camera, interspersing her comments on ladybrain with actual footage of one of the sharpest brains around, getting some work done.

But there's no rush. Magdalen has helped to start a groundswell of critical thinking about the implications of trans ideology, and that will continue to grow even if she needs to take a break and concentrate only on getting rest, and getting well. I wish her nothing but the very best.

Such sad news, I hope she has good people around her.

Love how she called the video "my lady brain". Her sense if humour will help her through the tough times.

So sorry to hear this. All my love and thoughts are with you. I was introduced to her you tube channel via this forum and I have the utmost respect for anyone willing to stick their head above the parapet on the issue of trans ideology. it cant be easy given the level of vitriol aimed at anyone who says the emperor has no clothes. I hope treatment isn't too harsh and you are soon back to health.

Ah I didn't realise this was an old thread - was looking for someone having posted a new one. I've just become a monthly patron? too, not because I feel sorry for you MB, but because you're fucking brilliant and I meant to do it a few months ago.

Your stay in hospital sounds scary and utterly shit, and realisation of your own mortality is sobering to say the least. You are more than that, you are a voice some of us were to weak to have.....and now we are all with you! Do what you can to look after yourself right now.

Magdalen was one the women I turned to online for information when I had my peaktrans moment. She makes me laugh so much and helps me reassure myself that not all young women are post modern liberals.
Thanks Magdalen for taking on this ideology so fearlessly. We are all with you, keep us posted.
