I've been blocked from the Facebook page - FPFWAG

Hi all,

I've been a member of that page since it started and have read almost every post.

I've made the occasional post myself, but have used the resources, e.g. Magdalen Berns videos and essays by purple sage fem etc to discuss the issues with others, often successfully.

I'm very sorry to see that I've been blocked and can no longer access the page. I can only assume that it is a mistake as I definitely haven't done anything to harm the group.

Please could one of the admins message me so I can be added again.

Ah, just read the second page of this thread. Panicked a bit there.

Still, hope all can be sorted soon. I know some serious work went into that group, not just discussion but checking we weren't letting in people who shouldn't know real names etc.

I could see the name of the page when I did a FB search this morning but now it doesn't turn up at all. I feel gutted that it seems to have vanished with no explanation.

Without giving too much away, it seems the reason for the deletion was not to do with any trans activists invading the group, or Facebook deciding it was transphobic. It was a disagreement among the admins.

Yes but apparently there's a new group. I'm not sure I want to rejoin though, given how many admin spats there were in the short history of the original group.

Really? All that work into getting the group up, keeping us all safe, sharing the info, supporting each other. Gone on a disagreement. Could someone not have took one for the team and stepped down?

TAs and MRAs must be laughing their arses off at us. Feminist groups are all about men, and the secret safe groups that aren't can't even run themselves.

I agree PP and I'm not sure why it resulted in the whole group being shut down. There was some good information shared there.
