South Park season 19

I know this is very unusual, but I really would recommend you watch this. I know South Park has been deliberately provocative in the past but this season was so unexpected!

It is all centred around the arrival of a new Principal, "PC Principal" who turns the whole town in to what I imagine a current reader of Everyday Feminism to be e.g. someone constantly spouting on about the non-binary gender bias micro aggression of saying he or she (for example).

Featuring topics such as Caitlyn Jenner, immigration, Donald Trump, advertising and media, and gay relationships, as well as the "PC Bro" culture.

Of course it gets a bit weird, but I really would recommend at least the first few episodes.

It needs to be harder to create an account.

Doublebubblebubble · 17/12/2015 15:15

It is one of the best seasons yet!

honeysucklejasmine · 17/12/2015 15:16

Totally. Stunning and brave.

Where do you watch it? I haven't watched SP in a long time, this sounds fun.

I never used to watch it cause I thought it was all toilet humour and fat jokes. But DH loved it so when we met I agreed to watch it's fantastic! Top level satire done brilliantly.

We have the DVDs.

Yes, some basic IQ questions before an account was activated would certainly weed out some people.

Thanks for all your reports about that poster - we've escorted them from the building now. You may spot a few gaps in the thread...
