This has probably been done before, but does anyone want to do a read-along of Delusions of Gender?

I started reading it a few years ago but only got about a third of the way through. I'd like to read it properly, but will need a bit of motivation to get through the bits that I've read before, but can't really skip as it was so long ago.

I'd love to. At the moment I'm mired in novel-writing and then I am away, but I would very much like to play catch-up in October/November.

I have no idea what a sensible time frame would be, happy to go quite slow. We could do by chapter or by part - there are three parts. Would a part per fortnight be ok? Too fast/too slow? Happy to hold off starting if people need to get hold of a copy - not everyone has an unread copy sitting on their bookshelves like me.

That might be doable. I have a copy and have read it before, but I didn't really have the opportunity to discuss with anyone and I would welcome that. I'll need to reread it though to refresh my memory

I'd love to. I might be a bit slow though, DD's latest sleep regression is slightly hampering my ability to absorb anything remotely intellectual at the moment.

I have three children (three and under) so I'd be interested but not sure how much use I'll be at the moment.

I read it after I had my daughter and started learning about modern feminism from MN (mainly while breastfeeding in the middle of the night). Can I join in and read it again?

I have now downloaded it to my kindle, so will get the first part read, and the reread it so my spongey mess of a brain takes it. I'll then come back and attempt to make intelligent comments about it.
