The other point I was going to make was about the 'classic rapist' comment. He is a classic rapist, he raped someone he knew, in a place she obviously felt safe enough to use as a crash pad when drunk. He raped someone who trusted him. That is what classic rapists do. Or at least the vast majority of rapists.
This judge still seems to believe that 'real' rapists are bad men who jump out at people in dark alleys.
