Gah, a (female) friend on FB has liked this 'Even animals are sick of 12 year old sluts!' photograph. I've de-friended.

Has anyone else seen it? I'm baffled by seemingly intelligent women not engaging with feminism.

No I wasn't sure from the op what the op-er found offensive about it... I didn't want to go off on a tangent about the wrong thing.

I have a lot of Facebook friends who post a lot of selfies complete with duck face and I get the point of what the pic could be saying. Some girls spend more time posting annoyingly photogenic and beautiful pictures than they do other stuff. That doesn't mean I find it funny. Like I say, I can't remember what the girl looked like and how old etc but obv here we are saying twelve. I don't appreciate any derogatory words to women. Ho, bitch, slut, slag, etc. I literally recoil when I hear them. I especially don't think these words should be used about young girls who are still 'finding their way' I take a lot of these pics with a pinch of salt and huge eye roll because t he internet is full of them. Perhaps I'm adding to the problem...

I 'like' a page called birth without fear and they are constantly being reported for their pics. These include breast feeding women, babies being born etc. these pics are removed but 'funny' pics joking about rape get to stay...

Ah, that's because you choose your friends carefully AF . I've clearly been lax, but I'm currently preparing a short test for prospective FB friends (Question 1. Are you a sexist idiot?).
