Oh and muscle weighs more as you probably know so getting slimmer doesn't always mean weighing less initially.

Thanks mignon I think thats true There are 3 of us in that class who are excersising regularly and the weight is coming off really slowly. We all seem to be experiencing it the same way ...those of us that are excersising.

Darkest - The way to maintain a reduced weight is to lose it slowly so you are all doing exactly the right thing and of course the more muscle you build, the more calories you can ingest before gaining weight. Muscle needs more energy to function. Am happy for you.
