I assume you've all seem the campaign to remove lad mags from sale, which I do agree with, but I do think that objectification happens the other way too and if we're asking for the removal of FHM, etc then we should be doing the same for our sons too.
Objectification of either sex shouldn't be tolerated, and if we make non-objectification a norm it will benefit al of our children in the long run. I think equality is important in the issue of of objectification and by only demanding the removal of lads mags we risk saying to our sons that it is ok to objectify men, but not women. Surely we should be willing to look at this issue from both angles.
