Their whole argument rests on the idea that women hold all the power in any situation because to crticise them would be politically incorrect but it is not politically incorrect to criticise men, apparently, how jolly unfair!! Yes it's equality gone mad, according to them, ignoring the rather obvious fact that such maddening equality has not led to women being equal in almost any other sphere in society. How strange. No matter what reasonable argument you use, their response is always to make things intensely personal, "well my horrible wife did this blah blah" and they cannot wait to tell you that they have to pay maintenance even though the mother gets all the child benefit!! Outrageous!! No sense of thank goodness the benefits system has kicked in to help me and my ex as we now have to support two households instead of one and if it wasn't for the benefits system then I would have to pay my ex-wife even more maintenance!
