There are so many threads which ask "Can I be a feminist and x?" The answer is mostly yes, yes you can. So what are you a feminist and?

I will start. I'm a feminist, a SAHM, and a geek/nerd (depending on your definition).

I'm a feminist and I wear makeup to work and when I go out. I also epilate my legs and bikini line and shave my armpits. I like wearing high heels and tight dresses when I have an evening out. I do most of the cooking at home but not the washing up.

I love my career and can confidently say it will still be hugely important to continue it when I have children.

I am a feminist and I work part time while my partner pays most of the bills. I shave my legs and my pits and my bikini line. I wear make-up when I can be arsed, dye my hair and love high heels. I don't think that porn or stripping or prostitution are the devil's work, although I do think they're problematic.

I'm a feminist, atheist, mother, porn-watcher (but only the really good stuff, which tends to be lesbian).

I'm a feminist and I think it is important to separate the criticism of a practice from the criticism of a person. I also think the argument that something is normal or that "everyone does it" or "I do it because I like/want to" is not a sufficient reason to not question it or suggest that it may be harmful to women as a group.

Oh and I wear makeup for work and shave my legs. The last one annoys me as I always wear trousers or thick tights.... (but I do it anyway)

i am a single mum to a son, i am a student working within dv, i have survived abuse and no longer messed up, i can support ds and i but the money the ex pays makes our lives a whole lot better, i wear make up. i like high heels and fishnets, i like to fuss over my appearance

i do not agree with all other feminists, i have my own mind which i feel is a fundamental quality of being a feminist
