I'm up for it again too - childcare permitting.

Would anyone be able to meet up and say hello. Would love to put faces to names. I am so excited too. I have got a room booked in Travel Lodge at Wembley for only £19. I could hardly believe it, I love a bargain!!!!

I'll have DS2 definitely. Just a matter of whether to bring DS1 (2.6).

I am very keen to go to MWR as I had to miss it last year (although was actually doing something abroad for IWD so didn't feel too bad) but this year I will be 30 weeks pregnant so am unsure about doing that full day of marching/rally on my feet! I think the march will be slow to the extent I'll get uncomfortable :( Maybe I'll go for a bit of each then meet up with people in a pub!

vegetariandumpling · 21/01/2012 15:36

ballroom check out this. They have a mobility van for people that would find it difficult to complete the whole march.

WoTmania · 21/01/2012 18:48

I'm almost definitely going to be there again this year. Probably with a few other friends who couldn't last year :)

I am going. I will have DD with me this year. :) it was lovely to meet so many of you last year, it was a shame that it was so cold that I had to leave with DS before coffee at the end. DD is looking forward to it. I have told her she can whistle the whole way round.

Ohh, I don't know whether I should/can come! I wanted to come last year, and the one before, but panicked about childcare and travel at the last minute.

Those who have brought children before, how is it for them to cope with? DS is 3 but too heavy for a buggy really (can push but it's a strain) and too big for any of the slings I have! They all come up to about his hips. He can walk for ages but might get bored, and we don't have a scooter or a bike or anything. Refuses to ride on shoulders and I can't get him on my back Blush for a piggyback. Though I expect someone might help?

For those bringing children this year, are there any plans to e.g. stay in the same hotel so that we can still have a bit of an evening get together without having to use unknown babysitters?

For those who are not bringing children, are there going to be meet ups afterwards with coffee and/or alcohol involved?

I would love to come, but I don't live in the UK. Will be thinking of you all and cheering you on.
