In terms of the procedure, little nip with the needle amd sting as the solution is administered.

Nothing for the first few days, maybe a bit of wonky lopsidedness (only to you, not enough that anyone would notice) and then baby smoothness 😁

I want to know this too as I’m contemplating it- I wonder how it feels afterwards, how much movement there is etc, not sure I like the thought of not being able to move parts of my face, does that even happen?!

I get mine and can go straight out. Nothing much happens for a week and then your head starts to feel a bit claustrophobic and you’ll notice you can’t frown normally. Then you get used to it and forget about it but your lines go away. In a few months you’ll notice your head moves again lol

You can move most of your face. Mines just between my brows that feels a bit funny for a few days. I can still move my eyebrows and eyes etc

I’m mid 30s it’s the best thing iv done for myself! It takes a good two weeks to notice any changes but when it kicks in the confidence boost is amazing!! That’s my experience

In having this done for the first time in 2 weeks. Can't wait ! Doing forehead.. as a starter ..

Thismumrunsonhugsandtea · 23/06/2026 20:40

Had it done today, I’ve got hooded Eyelids so she’s done something to lift them a bit so that’ll be interesting obviously, I’ve gotta wait for it to take affect but so far so good wasn’t painful, when you have it done, they tell you to not lay down for four hours and Not to massage your face or anything,I’ve booked the follow-up appointment,
in two weeks So excited to see the results, I will keep you all up-to-date.

Oh please do, my issue is hooded eyelids too so I’m really interested to hear if you get results.

It’s less dramatic than having my eyebrows tinted. So make sure you get a referral and pay the money it’s not just about being a nurse. First time I would NOT have your mid brow done as it pulls down your eyebrows where a little bit on the 11 lines and wound the eyes makes a nice subtle change I got loads of people just thinking I looked well takes 3 weeks to smooth out so it’s not a dramatic change. It does not really hurt. I’ve also had lip filler that makes a huge difference but it is excruciating.

Thismumrunsonhugsandtea · 24/06/2026 08:33

i’ve woke up this morning and I feel a bit smooth already, I don’t think I noticed Full effects for another couple of weeks, So I’ll update you all then, Have a good day, everyone keep cool 😎

@500mileslong it just feels normal to me now it doesn’t feel any different than before. But when I look in the mirror and try and frown, I do have movement and I can frown but it’s like everything‘s a lot tighter So it doesn’t show as much I don’t know if I’m explaining that very well she has left me with movement.

That’s great, sounds like it’s worked well for you, that’s really reassuring thank you!

Sometimes a bit uncomfortable. Bruising sometimes that lasts a week so be prepared with concealer
You probably will need a top up after two weeks
