Has anybody experienced this? Breast issue?

I’ve always had one breast quite noticeably bigger than the other. To me anyway. Just recently I have had some dry skin down the side of both breast/torso area and when applying moisturiser I’ve noticed the bigger side really does feel fuller and heavier. There are no lumps or skin changes. Nothing worrying other than the fact it really does feel much bigger! I don’t know if this is hormonal (I’m 40 so could be peri) or if it’s just something I’m noticing more because I’ve been moisturising the area. It’s near my lymph nodes too (side of breast) so I’m worried about potential swelling of them. I’d feel a bit daft going to the doctors saying help my boob feels big but it’s always been big!

See the doctor, get it checked

It's an alteration in appearance, so I'd raise it with your GP. When was the last time you had a mammogram? You could ask for another one if it's been a while.

I’ve never had one. I’ve only just turned 40, never been called for a routine one. This is the thing, it doesn’t even ‘look’ different and as there is no change in skin, nipple, lump or visible difference im
unsure what to say or even if I’m imagining it. It just feels slightly fuller on that side and I’ve only noticed when moisturising.

I'd still go to your GP and if they don't raise it, ask if you can get a mammogram. You may also be able to just contact your local breast screening service and explain your concerns. They may be able to book you in for a mammogram. It's worth a try. https://www.nhs.uk/tests-and-treatments/breast-screening-mammogram/how-to-book-or-change-an-appointment/

Request a mammogram; if nothing else it will put your mind at rest.

Your breast becoming bigger can be a sign of breast cancer so it absolutely needs to be checked. Plus the skin changes - it's really not the worth the risk to ignore it.
