Creatine - not powder

Does anyone know of a good creatine brand in tablet or gummy form? I've seen so many on the market with mixed reviews but not many reviews about the actual effect. I'm 50 and train quite a lot but have been feeling it lately. A friend suggested creatine but she uses the powder which I can't stand.

Holland and Barrett do tablets, I have some.

Can you take capsules as opposed to tablets? I use these: https://www.hollandandbarrett.com/shop/product/creatine-monohydrate-700mg-120-capsules-6100004673

The powder tastes of absolutely nothing (well the one I have anyway, the nutrition geeks one) I stir it into my coffee and can’t taste/feel/smell anything at all.

I hear the gummies are not good, they don’t have the same ingredients, you need pure creatine. My DH has some tablets, I’ll ask him when he comes downstairs if they are any good and what brand

I’ve just started taking this in the last couple of weeks. I don’t know the results yet but they have the same amount of creatine as the powder my DH swears by.

Increase your water intake though as first few times I went to gym classes after starting them, I went all hot and dizzy and can only put it down to not having enough fluids.
